  • How do I place an order?
    Fill out an online order form! Be sure to scroll our recent sets or come prepared with your own inspiration and ready to share all the details you want to see translated in your custom cookies! Rachael will review the details of your request and contact you to confirm the design, pricing, and payment details. Please note that your order is not considered placed until these details are confirmed with Rachael. Full payment is required one week before delivery. Unpaid orders will be canceled.
  • How soon can I get my cookies?
    We require a minimum lead time of 2 weeks for all custom orders. If you absolutely need your cookies sooner, rush orders are accepted based on availability, and our Miracle Fee will apply. See below for more information. It's always a good idea to order your custom cookies as early as possible to ensure your date is available. Orders greater than 4 dozen will require longer lead times. Availability for large orders varies according to order size, design specifications, level of detail, packaging needs, and more.   • What if I need my order sooner?
    Sometimes life is just LIFE-ing and you gotta have those cookies sooner. We get it! Assuming our bake schedule is open, we'll make the impossible possible and create your custom designs with a one-week lead time. Our Miracle Fee is an additional $15 per dozen. Please contact us at cookiesbyrae@gmail.com if you need a miracle!
  • Can I cancel an order once it has been confirmed?
    We understand plans change and life can get in the way. That's just how the cookie crumbles! Orders that have been confirmed can be canceled if the client-specified delivery date is still more than 2 weeks out. For large orders, cancellation varies by event and refunds are not guaranteed. Take note: Full refunds are not guaranteed. Because Cookies by Rae creates highly personalized designs, custom supplies are often secured for your order and cannot be returned if you cancel. Partial refunds may be considered if cancellation Is requested by the client with at least 2 weeks' notice prior to delivery.
  • Why are your cookies so expensive?!
    Our custom-decorated sugar cookies are sourced with fresh ingredients, are handmade to order and are always designed with the utmost respect for your vision. Involved in each custom-decorated cookie set are hours of artistry and design work, icing color mixing, baking, meticulous decorating and special packaging according to your needs. Custom orders often require ordering specialized tools or supplies, and in some cases, cookies may even be hand-cut. Seeing your vision and bringing that vision to life amid flour, butter and sugar are what we do best. You're paying for our experience, passion, talent, and a product that we hope you'll agree tastes and looks second to none.
